Practice colour vocabulary as your child catches the fish. Ask them what colour it is, or ask them to try and catch a specific fish. Once all the fish are caught, ask them to count how many they have caught or to add the score. For advanced learning, label the fish with letters to spell your child's name or words and let them fish and arrange in order.
